A minimum two-night stay from Friday, 24th October to Sunday, 26th October 2025 is required to attend our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, 25th October 2025.

Please note that the latest arrival date to attend the wedding is Friday, 24th October, and the earliest departure date is Sunday, 26th October.
To reach Hayman Island you will need to travel through Hamilton Island.
Aussie Guests:
Please fly from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane to the Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island.
The airlines servicing this route are Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Jetstar.
International Guests:
Several international flights connect directly to Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island via airports in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
If you plan to explore Australia before the wedding or don’t have a connecting flight, you can book a domestic flight from one of these cities.
Our recommended domestic airline is Qantas. Virgin Australia, and Jetstar also service this route.
On Arrival:
Luxury boat transfers have been arranged to meet each commercial flight arrival at the airport.
You can find the transfer pick-up point by the baggage collection area (look for the InterContinental sign).
The boat will take you on a 60-minute journey to Hayman Island’s marina, where a golf cart will provide a short drive to your accommodation.
Alternatively, helicopter transfers to Hayman Island’s helipad are available, offering a 15-minute flight. Private charters and helicopter flights are also possible. You can arrange this directly with InterContinental reservations at your own cost.
